Conflict resolution and team building are a key set of skills for any leader, manager or person of influence.
Conflict Resolution Skills
This approach goes beyond simple “tricks” or techniques to giving participants an understanding of key principles and models for resolving conflict. It is grounded in a concern to develop solid, supportive relationships. With this solid grounding, the training then focuses on practical and effective techniques for both preventing unnecessary conflict and resolving difficult conflicts. Particular attention is paid to dealing with so-called “difficult people” and to applying the skills to the actual situations facing participants.
Programmes are tailor-made to suit the needs of participants and vary in length from one to three days.

Team Building Skills
This programme covers effective skills in motivating, influencing and developing team members along with practical guidelines for problem solving and conflict resolution. It also deals with change management and influence strategies.
As with other programmes, the content is varied to suit the particular needs of clients and participants.

Leadership and Effective Relationships
Rather than focusing solely on one-to-one conflict resolution skills, this programme deals with the wider issue of building a positive and supportive culture within which people’s leadership potential is encouraged and developed and conflict is handled in constructive ways that strengthen rather than damage relationships.
